- Course Outcome (CO) 3:- The students will be able carry out the Situation Analysis of a company, based on information about its external environment and operating/financial performance.
- Course Outcome (CO) 4:- The students will understand and be able to apply the frameworks used in strategic management, such as the Generic Strategies, Core Competencies, Growth Strategies and Ansoff Matrix, the role of culture in an organization, McKinsey 7S framework, etc.
